We want you to love your Veronica Beard purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 21 days of the shipping date. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return packing slip.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items and the packing slip into the original shipping box, ensuring all previous tracking labels are covered or removed.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
